Step 1, Possess a Learner Mindset → We start by making sure it's a fit
Every member is here for the same reason: to grow. Because your business can only grow as fast as you do, we make sure each group is built from open, curious leaders who show up ready to learn, so you walk into a room of true peers, not tire-kickers.

Step 2, Be Committed → A predictable monthly rhythm
Membership runs on a dependable cadence: nine structured half-day meetings a year, two semi-annual All-Member Meetings that bring the entire OC/IE community together, and the annual Strategies for Success retreat. The rhythm is the point, you always know when you'll meet, how a meeting runs, and how to prepare.

Step 3, Seek Improvement → A proven method for your real issues
We don't wing it. Using the same tested format every time, the group helps you work a live challenge, a hire, a cash-flow call, a partner issue, a growth decision, at least four times a year, then holds you accountable for the follow-through and the results.

Step 4, Customize Your Experience → 1:1 coaching with Ric, built in
