Since 2007, Ric has dedicated his career to creating a safe place where Orange County, CA executives can go to work on their businesses.
Ric is the Orange County, CA, business partner with Renaissance Executive Forums, a global community of business leaders with over 2,500 CEO members.
Ric also hosts Orange County’s longest-running business talk show, the Critical Mass Business Talk Show, which he started in 2009. An international keynote speaker, he is also the author of three business books, including an Amazon best-selling business book.
