Ric is an international keynote speaker and workshop facilitator. He has spoken to small executive groups of 20 people to large auditoriums of several thousand. He speaks about the effects of unintended consequences of business decisions on employee morale and company performance. Ric believes that "laughing leads to learning" and delivers fun and engaging performances designed to share the actionable principles contain within his SECURE Model for avoiding, reducing, or minimizing the negative effects of unintended consequences.
Ric's talks are built upon the research he and his team did for his latest book "Killing Cats Leads to Rats". The book and his talks are filled with colorful examples of how well-intended strategies went horribly wrong due to the effects of the unintended consequences that arose during the implementation of those plans.
